Breaking Glass Ceilings in Finance with Rosa Chalekian and Mari Miles-Mattingly

Welcome to the second episode of the Minority Money Podcast for Women’s History Month! This episode will be guest-hosted by Mari Miles-Mattingly, featuring Rosa Chalekian– previously a guest for Episode 102 alongside her husband, Alex.

In this episode, Mari and Rosa dive into their experience as women still actively fighting for basic respect in different parts of society. From the home to the workplace, it’s only recently that people have grown comfortable having a woman in power or allowing the glass ceiling to break.

As entrepreneurial women, the struggle is only amplified– where doubt is placed on their capabilities to deliver despite accomplished and well-proven backgrounds. If you’ve ever felt like people have put you down for your gender, then we hope that this episode empowers you to prove everyone wrong and achieve your dreams!
